Adele and Taylor Swift could perform together at next year’s Super Bowl according to online bookmaker Betway.
The bookies place the pair of female singers in the top two spots of their betting.
The singers have been quick to praise each other in the past and the betting suggests the pair could be primed to complement each other onstage for the first time.
At 6/4, Betway make Adele the most likely to step out at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, and 26-year-old Swift comes next at 7/2.
Lady Gaga sparkled in red when singing Star Spangled Banner to kick off proceedings at Super Bowl 50 and can be backed at 11/2 to claim the coveted half time slot this time around.
Beyonce and Coldplay both wowed crowds at the NFL’s season finale last year and are being backed at 7/1 and 10/1 respectively to perform at the famed interval again.
Brit boyband One Direction, who are currently on a ‘break’, are also available at 10/1.
Betway’s Alan Alger, said: “Adele fixated swarms of festival-goers with a fantastic performance at Glastonbury this year and the betting suggests that the Super Bowl half-time show in Houston could be her next big gig.
“Both mega-stars are avowed fans of each other and if the betting’s correct, we could be in for an Adele-Swifty double act.”
The Super Bowl will return in 2017.
