Alesha Dixon is heading to America!
The long-Serving Britain’s Got Talent judge is replacing Mel B on the second season of America’s Got Talent: The Champions when filming begins next week, NBC announced on Thursday.
Dixon has been on the BGT panel since 2012 and currently is sitting on the panel for Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions. She will join Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell on the panel as Terry Crews returns as host.
AGT Champions premiered back in January and had a 2.2 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.4 million viewers overall, making it the highest-rated and most-watched show in primetime.
The show brings together former winners, finalists and acts who deserve a second chance to battle it out to be crowned ultimate champion. The first season of the show was won by magician Shin Lim.
