Emma Thynn has been confirmed as the eighth celebrity to join the lineup for the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing 2019, the BBC announced on Sunday.
Thynn is best known as a businesswoman, chef, model and philanthropist. She has made several appearances as a guest chef on James Martin’s Saturday Morning TV show as well as contributed to British Vogue.
“I absolutely love watching Strictly every weekend and I can’t believe that I’m getting the chance to be on this series,” Thynn said in a statement. “I know it will be such an amazing experience from start to finish. I can’t wait for the dancing and the fabulous outfits!”
Thynn is the eighth confirmed celebrity and joins David James, comedian Chris Ramsey, EastEnders star Emma Barton, CBBC presenter Karim Zeroua, BBC sports presenter Mike Bushell, soap star Catherine Tyldesley and YouTube vlogger Saffron Barker.
