The start of 2018 is big for reality TV fans with returning formats and some brand new ones gracing our screens.
From Celebrity Big Brother to Survival of the Fittest there’s a bunch of telly shows to get our teeth into this new year.

Celebrity Big Brother
As the nation marks 100 years since women won the right to vote for the very first time, Celebrity Big Brother launches with an all-female cast of celebrity housemates!
Expect to see “politicians to performing artists” as they enter the house.
Over the course of the series, as the male counterparts enter the house, the housemates will take part in a series of tasks and hidden experiments which will test their assumptions, challenge gender stereotypes and reveal what it is to be a woman and man in the 21st century.
Celebrity Big Brother kicks off on Tuesday 2nd January at 9pm
Ibiza Weekender
Reps David, Jordan, Deano, Marlie, Molly and Chyna will be partying through Sunday nights in 2018 as the Ibiza Weekender returns.
The show follows a group of 18-24 year olds spending a weekend at a hotel resort on the island of Ibiza, Spain. This time, Love Island star Chyna Ellis is joining after previously joining the dating show as Kem Cetinay’s new match.
Celebrity Big Brother star Jordan is also back after a turbulent year with an on-off relationship with Megan McKenna.

The Voice UK
The search for a new vocal superstar is back as The Voice UK returns to ITV in 2018. But will it find a star?
Pop sensation Olly Murs joins Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am to complete
the new panel of coaches.
This year’s winner will again scoop a recording contract with music giants Polydor, home to global stars Take That and Ellie Goulding as well as the UK’s biggest breakthrough artists including The 1975 and Years & Years.
The Voice UK launches on ITV Saturday January 6 at 8pm.
Dancing On Ice
It’s back! After four years off air, Dancing On Ice is gliding back onto screens.
It’s a new revamped version, with new judges and new look. Jason Gardiner is the only returning judge with Jane Torvill and Christopher Dean swapping their roles as coaches to the contestants to become judges.
The trio will be joined on the panel by Diversity dance troupe leader Ashley Banjo.
Celebrity contestants include Coronation Street actors Anthony Cotton and Brooke Vincent, Good Morning Britain’s weather presenter Alex Beresford and Love Islander Kem Cetinay.
Dancing On Ice launches on ITV Saturday 6th at 6pm
Survival of the Fittest
From the makers of Love Island comes the ultimate battle of the sexes. Forget the villa, under the African sky, sparks will fly in a brand new show titled Survival of the Fittest.
Across the series, two teams will battle it out in daily physical and mental challenges to determine which sex comes out on top.
But with a huge cash prize at stake for the winners, where will the single boys’ and girls’ loyalties lie? Will it be mates over dates?
Launching in February expect to see buff bods, lots of tension and a whole heap of challenges!
