Love Island winner Kem Cetinay has been having ‘diva strops’ training for Dancing On Ice, it’s been reported.
The star has struggled through the first few weeks of training and has confessed he’s prone to a tantrum or two.
The reality face is set to take part in the new series of the skating show, returning to screens after a break, but training has not been setting up him up to win the series.
He told Heat magazine: ‘I’m the most unflexible, uncoordinated person ever. ‘The physio asked, “How high can you kick your leg?” and I was like, “This is it”.
‘And the skates hurt my feet as well. I keep throwing tantrums too. I’ll be 10 minutes in and just be like, “This is too hard, I can’t do it anymore.”‘
Well that doesn’t bode well, given that he’s got a full schedule of training before the show starts in January.
Speaking to Lorraine Kelly the buff star added: ‘I’m not going to lie, it’s really hard.
I’ve seen everyone else and they’re doing moves and crossovers, and my trainer said “some people are a natural and some are not, you’re not”.’
‘If you’re not good you use a penguin,’. ‘I hope they let me on the first live show with a penguin. I can’t get used to putting one foot forward and one foot back, I’m just so used to walking.’
Dancing On Ice returns to ITV in early 2018.
