Self-proclaimed actor Kurran Pooni became the sixth candidate to be fired by Lord Sugar on The Apprentice Wednesday night.
The 22-year-old law graduate was the project manager this week for an airline task, which saw him fight with his team over the airline named and fashion choices for the crew.
Team Collaborative’s choice to name the airline “Jet Pop” did not sit well with the executives or Lord Sugar. He also came under fire for the decision for the ad campaign and wardrobe for the crew, leading to a heated boardroom with Jackie, Camilla, and Khadija.
Lord Sugar’s aide Karren Brady also shot back that it is the job of the crew to keep the passengers safe, not be ‘dolled up.’
Seeing the writing on the wall, Kurran fought and said: “I still have more to offer.”
But Lord Sugar had seen enough, saying: “I think you’ve got to admit that I’ve given you a good opportunity.’ ‘I wish you good luck for the future but – you’re fired.”
The Apprentice airs Wednesday’s on BBC One at 9 pm.
