Liberty X are reuniting, but not with the whole band…
The band have announced plans to get back together for a set of new shows in 2017 across Australia.
However, the whole band will not be touring with The Voice UK winner Kevin Simm and Tony Lundon having prior commitments with their own solo careers.
Kevin is already in a contract, after winning the BBC One show, so therefore will be already on tour with his album Recover.
But, Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor and Kelli Young will still tour to perform the group’s classic pop hits.
“Unfortunately Kevin is unable to take part due to his exclusive record deal with Universal and Tony’s busy with his production company,” an insider told The Sun.
“But the girls are excited to get back on the road and are booking gigs in the UK and internationally.”
If that wasn’t enough they’ll be on a bill alongside B*Witched, S Club 3 and Atomic Kitten.
They’ll also be joined by East 17 for a live concert spectacle.
There’s still some tickets available through February and March for most dates.
