One Direction star Louis Tomlinson will not face chargers after he got into a fight with a photographer at the airport.
TMZ are reporting that he will attend a hearing at the LA City Attorney’s office at the end of April, but no criminal charges will be filed.
Louis was arrested after he got into a fight with a photographer at LAX Airport, where he was with girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
After he and the photographer hit the ground, two girls were seen grabbing Louis’ girlfriend.
Since the event, witnesses have come forward claiming that Louis did not intentionally hit either the photographer or Becerra.
TMZ said that the hearing later this month invites both sides of the complaint to put forward their stories, while an officer will advise the parties on future conduct.
A spokesperson for the LA County City Attorney’s office said: No decision has yet been reached in that matter. It is still under review.
“Our office has up to one year to file charges from the original incident.”
Louis himself has not yet spoke out about the event, but his lawyer Martin Singer said at the time: “The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis at the airport this morning.
“This is not the first or last time that a paparazzi has created an altercation with a celebrity.
“While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defence.”
