Celebrity Big Brother and Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson has been battling anxiety since splitting from Tiffany Watson, he’s revealed.
The reality face has told the Daily Star that after calling time on their relationship, he struggled to cope.
Sam said: “Going through the back end of a break-up gave me crushing anxiety and crippling depression.
You’re never eating three big meals a day – you’re always worrying.

“You’re sketching out about stuff all the time. You wake up and worry. It’s not nice. I have had a couple of cries.

I don’t cry that often…only Tiff could ever get me to a stage where I’m so angry that I’m kicking stuff, or I’m so emotional that I’m in tears. I don’t know how I’ll get through.”
Sam also revealed fans will get to see Tiff and Sam having a showdown in the new series of Made In Chelsea, set to air on E4 soon.
