One of this most controversial shows in Netflix history is back for a second season and fans won’t have to wait that much longer for its return.
The streaming service announced season two of teen-drama “13 Reasons Why” will premiere on May 18. The official announcement was made on the show’s official Twitter account with the caption “The tapes were just the beginning.”

Also revealed with the premiere date was the season promo. In the promo, you see several Polaroid photos floating through the air, each one dealing with a different character on the show. The final photo sees Clay’s face merge with Hannah Baker’s photo before he picks it up and turns it over, revealing the cryptic message on the back.
Season 2 of the Netflix show picks up following the suicide of Hannah and Clay and his classmates unlocking a secret.
