BBC One Pointless star Richard Osman has been revealed as our face of the UK, when we present our votes during the Eurovision Song Contest final this Saturday.
He will reveal how the United Kingdom jury has given its votes… But not how the public has voted, with the system changing for the first time.
The news was announced via the BBC’s official Eurovision Twitter page, saying: ‘Hello @richardosman London calling! Welcome our #Eurovision spokesman 2016.’

Richard also took to Twitter to admit he was ‘really excited’ about the task ahead.
Richard takes over from Nigella Lawson, who delivered the UK votes in 2015.
The final is on BBC One on Saturday from 8pm.
