Royal Mail is honouring David Bowie with a brand new set of stamps.
The music icon has been commemorated with a selection of designs one year on from his death.
The stamps, will be released on 14 March 2017, will pay homage to Bowie and feature many of his most famous album covers and artworks.
Philip Parker of Royal Mail said: “For five decades David Bowie was at the forefront of contemporary culture, and has influenced successive generations of musicians, artists, designers and writers.
“Royal Mail’s stamp issue celebrates this unique figure and some of his many celebrated personas.”
bowieA selection of other products will be available alongside the stamps, paying tribute to Bowie’s work across the decades.
A release added: “We’re thrilled to reveal the next instalment in our Music Giants Special Stamp series: a tribute to David Bowie, one of the most influential music and cultural figures of all time.
“Alongside the Special Stamps, First Day Covers and Presentation Pack, this exciting issue will feature several limited edition David Bowie souvenirs, some of which have an edition limit of just 950.”
