Strictly Come Dancing has beaten The X Factor in the ratings yet again, by over 2 million viewers.
SCD’s Saturday show smashed X Factor’s ratings, with broadcast media ratings specialist Overnights.tv sharing the news on Twitter.
The account shared: “#StrictlyComeDancing on Saturday watched by an impressive 9.2m / 44.6%, getting ahead of #TheXFactor (6.9m / 33.0%)”.
More than 2.3 million more people opted for Strictly over The X Factor, with ratings continue to drop.
During week 2 on Strictly Come Dancing Melvin Odoom and Janette Manrara became the first pair to leave the show, whilst the X Factor live shows begin next weekend.
Over on The X Factor, Sharon Osbourne chose her Over 25s, Nicole Scherzinger selected her finalists from the Boys, Louis Walsh opted for his Groups and Simon Cowell picked the Girls – completing this year’s Final 12 and preparing us for the live shows.
The X Factor continues on Saturday, 8pm on ITV whilst Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One at 7pm.
