Is Channel 5 about to make a glittery celebrity explosion next summer?
According to The Sun, show bosses are planning an ‘All-Star’ version of Celebrity Big Brother next summer in honour of its 20th series.
Producers have apparently already started contacting some of the most memorable housemates from the show’s fifteen year run.
“Bosses have drawn up a list of their dream housemates and are currently approaching them with big money deals to sign them up for next year,” a source told the newspaper.
As soon as news broke of a possible All-Star series broke on Twitter, several former celebrity housemates quickly made it known they want to return.

“Bringing back the celebs they know will cause the drama would result in the most explosive series so far. There’ll be no dull moments as they know who’ll be worth their fee. It’ll be the perfect celebration of how far the show has come.”
If it does happen, it would be the second All-Stars version of the show in its history.
Back in 2010, Ultimate Big Brother aired on Channel 4, where a mix of civilian and celebrity housemates took part. Brian Dowling would eventually be crowned the winner.
Other names rumoured to be named to the series is 2012 winner Denise Welch and 2013 winner Charlotte Crosby.
We’re excited already!
The current series of Celebrity Big Brother airs nightly on Channel 5.
