It’s here. Netflix is now streaming House Of Cards season 4.
With multiple Emmy and Golden Globe nominations the show is by far one of Netflix’s biggest successes, and the new series picks up where the last left off with Claire (Robin Wright) having said: “I’m leaving you, Francis.”
Will you binge watch, watch it piece by piece, hold a viewing party? However you do it, here’s all you need to know to get yourself prepared!
1. Frank is back!
Yes, of course President Underwood is back, and he’s fighting to be re-elected. However there’s far less talking to us the audience in the first 6 episodes at least. How Frank forgot about us? Maybe we’re just not important anymore…
2. Claire is POWERFUL!
Now that Claire has gone rogue, she’s got all the power in her hands. How will she use it, will she run against Frank, will she expose him? Ah… too many questions!
3. All your old pals are back
Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly), Congresswoman Jackie Sharp (Molly Parker) and former Chief of Staff Remy Danton (Mahershala Ali) are all back and with them even more trouble.
4. New characters bring new problems for Frank!
New characters including Leann Harvey (Neve Campbell) who will play a political consultant caught in the crossfire, as well as Claire’s mum Elizabeth (Ellen Burstyn) who is called a ‘battleaxe’ character.
Lets just hope none of them like getting the train…
5. Fear of the unknown
Anything could happen, and that’s quite exciting. Earlier previews of the first six episodes state the audience will be shocked with a twist.
A revelation of will thrown the audience into a whole new thought process around the whole show. But what could it be?
Netflix is streaming seasons 1-4 worldwide now.
