The week from hell officially began on Big Brother Australia Monday night as Big Brother put the housemates through their paces, resulting in the most grueling night in Big Brother history.
The housemates were woken up bright and early by an alarm as Big Brother put them in military gear and had them walk around, do exercises, and more with a sack of spuds. However, Daniel was given a secret task to carry around balls. As his reward for passing, he got to enjoy a steak dinner and chips with one housemate, so he chose Adrianna.
It’s no secret that Jess and Danny are targeting each other. They both want to win the nominations challenge to put each other up and Jess is feeling bad about trusting him at all. Daniel told her straight to her face that he would put her up but would Jess?
Big Brother woke the housemates up at 2 AM for the nominations challenge. The housemates were split into two teams for a slip and slide battle that saw a member from each team battle for a ring. Danny and Jess ended up as teammates, so that means if one of them won, they were both safe.

However, it was Marley’s team that ended up winning and safe from eviction. Christina and Brenton were nominated again alongside SJ as the “safe vote”. Daniel wanted to keep Brenton in for his game and alliance and rallied votes to get SJ out.
At the eviction ceremony, host Sonia Kruger got the proceedings started. SJ made a heartfelt plea to be saved and it worked. When all the housemates voted, Sonia revealed Brenton had eight votes, SJ had three, and Christina’s lone vote came from Daniel.
As he left the house, Brenton and Christina said their goodbyes. Christina told Brenton she might be seeing him in a couple of days.
“This is the definition of hell week,” said Brenton after he left the house. “Leaving after two weeks was not part of my plan. Being an intruder was really hard. Coming into these deep-seated relationships and trying to crack them was difficult. Also being a physical threat didn’t help my chances in the eviction room today. It is hard to leave Christina behind because we had grown close to each other but I’m looking forward to catching her on the outside whenever the time comes.”
Big Brother Australia continues on Tuesday night at 7:30 PM on Channel Seven with a massive twist sending one of the game’s biggest players home.
