Big Brother Australia continued on Tuesday night with a 24-hour shopping task, tea-gate, and one big twist that the entire house would not see coming.
The episode began with the housemates feeling hangry and needing food. So Big Brother gave them a shopping task from hell. The task saw the housemates hear an alarm and run to catch a ball falling to earn $10 towards their shopping. At the end of the task, the house would earn $190 for their shopping this week.
As everyone in Australia knows, Angela loves her tea. With a limited budget, Zoe and Garth were in charge of ordering the shopping. Angie wanted black tea but Zoe only ordered green tea, likely getting her back for nominating her earlier. However, that did not stop Zoe from ordering two different boxes of oats for herself.
The nominations challenge was straight from Big Brother Canada as the housemates had to remove 100 meters of rope from a spool by spinning and wrapping the rope around their bodies, then run to the opposite end to transfer the rope from their bodies to a second spool. It came down to Chad and Ian but Ian would win the challenge. He would nominate Angela, Chad, and Marissa for eviction.
Host Sonia Kruger returned for the eviction ceremony. As all the housemates voted, Sonia revealed Marissa had two votes, Chad received four, and Angela had eight. This meant Angie would be evicted from the house.
But not so fast! Big Brother had a secret up his sleeve as he opened a secret bunker where Angela will be staying. She will listen to and control her fellow housemates without their knowledge. She is out for revenge and something tells me, she may get it.
“It’s not over until the fat lady sings! OMG, this is amazing. Best day ever,” Angela said.
Big Brother Australia airs Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays on Channel 7 in Australia.
