Caroline Flack is making a return to presenting… don’t worry, this time it’s on the radio!
The axed X Factor host is taking over the airways on Heart FM in a hope to mend a ‘broken heart’. She’ll be joining ex-Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones as her co-host and they’re both single!
Flack is set to rake it in for the job too, making over £100,000 to take the job.
The star has already been in the studio for some trial shows with the Welsh presenter after sources claimed there’s “lots of chemistry” between the pair.
Caroline will join a selection of high-profile presenters including former Spice Girl Emma Bunton, Australian singer and actor Jason Donovan and ex-TOWIE star Mark Wright.
A source told the Mirror: “Heart FM have been after Caroline for a while, they’ve offered her loads of money and reckon they’ve struck gold pairing her with Gethin. Producers are hoping they will be the station’s next hit duo.
“It’s likely to be a temporary position to begin with, but station bosses are hoping she stays for the long haul.
“She’s a huge name and will be a hit with listeners. She’s a big draw with an existing fanbase. Plus she’s incredibly knowledgeable about music after her experience on X Factor .”
The X Factor returns to ITV this summer with Dermot O’Leary returning.
