Removed Celebrity Big Brother 2016 housemate Christopher Biggins has accused producers of helping Stephen Bear win the summer series.
The show saw the MTV star crowned champ, beating Ricky Norwood, Renee Graziano and Aubrey O’Day, despite attracting a huge amount of controversy during his time there.
Rule breaks, and behaviour included smashed screen windows, intimidating other housemates, bullying housemates to name just some of his work…
Speaking to The Mirror axed housemate Biggins has now revealed more about his time living with the winner, and his feelings on being removed.
“Everyone has said it,” he told The Mirror. “They wanted Bear or Marnie to win. And look what happened.
“I’ve had nothing but positive comments on Twitter since I left the house. I feel bosses wanted me out from the beginning.”
Biggins’s quotes follow Samantha Fox and Renee stating scenes that were not shown on TV which put the MTV winner in a bad light.
A prank by Bear allegedly backfired and Samantha had to be seen by a medic as a result with her going blind for some time, while Renee claimed that Bear kicked Frankie in the balls one time.
In the same interview, Biggins also spoke about Katie Waissel after she blasted his anti-Semitic comments.
Biggins made an offensive concentration camp ‘joke’ to the Jewish singer in the house, saying: “You better be careful or they’ll be putting you in a shower and taking you to a room.”
He was eventually removed from the series following further controversial comments about the bisexual community.
Katie at the time didn’t know the full reasons why Biggins had been ejected, but caught up after leaving the house and then slammed the housemate as a “nasty, nasty person”.
“It’s disrespectful to me, my ancestors, and every family who have history tied to this dreadful place,” she said.
“I think she’ll be embarrassed she did that,” Biggins said in reaction.
“She came out and said she didn’t know anything about it.
“Life is too short. Things get blown out of proportion. I would sit down with Katie on a sofa and chat to her on TV in about six months.”
Channel 5 has declined to comment on Biggins’s claims.
