American Idol alum has just secured a deal with CMT to have her own reality show. Tentatively titled I Love Kellie Pickler, it will feature life with Kellie and husband Kyle Jacobs. Kyle is the father of four children. It is unclear if they will appear on the show.
Kellie describes the show as a southern I Love Lucy mixed with the show Friends. The singer also states the show will be more about her personal life and not so much about her singing career.
Recently the Dancing with the Stars champ lended her voice as sweet potato, Mirabelle, in the Veggie Tales animated Beauty and the Beet.
While she didn’t win her season of American Idol, she did place 5th and she has been one of the more successful alums to ever be on the show. She’s had numerous top ten hits and has won several awards.
Let’s just hope she isn’t forced to try calamari on her new reality show. The show is set to air this fall on CMT and if we had to pick a reality show to watch we for sure would pick Pickler!
