The Voice UK host Emma Willis has confirmed she will not be leaving Big Brother on Channel 5, for BBC One’s The Voice, which returns in January.
Emma also revealed she wants to see Gwen Stefani, Pink or Katy Perry on this year’s show as a new judge.
With Kylie confirmed as having left the show, there is at least one spot on the panel for a new judge. And as yet, none of the other judges, Ricky Wilson, Will.i.am or Sir Tom Jones, have been confirmed for the fourth run either.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Willis said she has plenty of ideas of who to replace Kylie with.
She said: “I think Gwen Stefani would be amazing, as would Katy Perry or Pink.
“They’re hugely successful women, but they’re really likeable and honest too, which you need in a show like that. You can’t be stringing people along.”
Discussing leaving Big Brother, Emma insisted that she’ll never quitting Big Brother despite her new role on The Voice, as well as other shows including This Morning and her Heart breakfast programme.
“I was never asked to choose,” Emma explained. “They’re very different shows.
“My daughter loves The Voice, but she’ll be in double-digits before she’s allowed to watch Big Brother.”
Some of the other new names linked to the panel include The Saturdays’ singer Rochelle Humes, Rita Ora and Black Eyed Peas’ Fergie but already Robbie Williams, Katy B and Paloma Faith have all ruled themselves out.
The Voice 2015 starts in January on BBC One.
