Selena Gomez has reportedly cancelled the rest of her Revival Tour due to ill health. She was set to embark on the international legs of her tour next month, including the UK dates set for November.
However, the story, which began to break last night suggested that she would be cancelling the lot due to complications from Lupus, which she suffered from in 2014.
This morning, Ticketmaster was no longer accepting ticket sales for her shows, and all future tour dates had been removed from her website.
Speaking to People magazine, she revealed “As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways,”
“I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side-effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges.
“I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off. Thank you to all my fans for your support.”
Currently no official comment about the cancellation has been made.
