The Voice UK continued on Saturday night as coaches Olly Murs, Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones, and will.i.am continued to add to their respective teams and things got even more competitive.
In case you missed it, here is a recap of how things went down in the third week of Blind Auditions:
The 35-year-old Road Traffic Management Controller was first up as he performed ‘Il Mare Calmo Della Sera’ by Andrea Bocelli. He got Olly and Jennifer to turn their chairs but would pick Team J-Hud to be his coach.
The “27-year-old” was next up and sang ‘Lullaby’ by Sigala ft Paloma Faith, getting Will, Sir Tom, and Olly to turn. In the end, she would choose Team Will.
The 26-year-old performed ‘Have A Little Faith In Me’ by John Hiatt and got Olly and Jennifer to turn. In the end, he chose to go with Team Olly.
Jimmy performed ‘Higher Love’ by Steve Winwood, getting Tom and J-Hud to turn. In the end, he would choose Team Tom.
The trio sang Justin Timberlake’s ‘Cry Me A River’ and got Will and Olly to turn. The trio decided to choose Team Will to join.
The 34-year-old closed out the night with ‘In My Blood’ by Shawn Mendes. She got the only four-chair turn of the night and at the end of their pitches, she chose Team J-Hud.
The night ended with Team Will and Team J-Hud picking up two artists, while Tom and Olly each picked up one.
